After more than 10 years’ experience working for multinational companies in BPO, insurance and communication industries, Tej Soodaye launched her own spin-off ventures and also serves on the Board of a few companies acting as Independent Director.
Following where the path may lead was not an option. She rather chose to go where there is no path and leave a trail. Hence the setting up of Zethical Ltd in 2015. As a CEO, Tej Soodaye leads a team of passionate young and dynamic professionals who are always ready to make the extra mile.
Zethical Ltd is an unconventional and forward-looking company involved in communication, PR and web-based applications. The company services a portfolio of clients involved in different sectors, including biotech, real estate, construction, accounting, logistics, retail and financial services in Mauritius and internationally.
Zethical has developed a portfolio of clients comprising of conglomerates, mid-sized companies, SMEs, NGOs in Mauritius and in Africa. Since its creation, Zethical Ltd has gradually grown and is extending its presence internationally on the African continent. Tej Soodaye started her career in the BPO industry and has worked for several multinational companies which include Accenture, Momentum Africa and Medscheme (part of Afrocentric Group).
